The company story comes into being in 1930, when Mr. Alois Holiš, the grandfather of the concurrent company owner established the tailor shop. The thirties had a spirit of elegance and also the newly established shop of Mr. Holiš took the specialization of sewing clothing made to measure. The important milestone in the company development came into being in 1972, when the company founder left us and in the unfavorable political situation in the country the company ceased its activity for a period of some decades. The company JANEK was established in 1990 and from the beginning it aim it’s effort to produce the luxury prêt-a-porter shirts, machinery embroidery and the gastronomic textile. The concurrent owner Mr. Alois Holiš, grandson of the founder is in company since 2001.
